All therapy sessions are conducted virtually via Teams, offering you the flexibility to attend from the comfort of your own home or any location that suits you. Please ensure that you have access to a quiet space with a reliable internet connection to fully engage in the session.

Clients must be located in Ontario or Quebec to access therapy.
