HOW CAN THERAPY HELP ME?

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN MY FIRST SESSION?
The first session will be an opportunity to get to know each other and establish your goals for therapy. We will discuss your challenges, any prior therapy experiences, and what you hope to achieve. You'll also learn about the therapy framework and how we'll work together.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SESSION?
Before your first session, take a moment to reflect on your goals and any current challenges. Think about what you would like to achieve through therapy and any questions you may have. This will help you get the most out of your initial session.
Therapy is a challenging process.
You can best prepare for therapy by keeping your mind open, being willing to look at the choices/behaviours/actions that are not “working” for you, and applying the tools from therapy in your life.
